Hello

My name is Joe Wooden. I am a UX professional dedicated to creating services that are delightful to interact with. I believe great design should be inclusive and empower everyone.

In my previous role at Redbridge Council, I worked on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in user research, analysing user journeys, content design and managing stakeholders, among other responsibilities.

I completed an Apprenticeship Master’s degree in Digital and Technology Solutions at Henley Business School, achieving a Merit. More recently, I have worked hard to become proficient in Figma and to deepen my understanding of design principles.
